NutraCo is seeking a compassionate Registered Dietitian to join our nationwide team serving Long Term Care facilities across the United States. You will deliver clinical nutrition care, develop personalized plans, and work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian with the CDR credential or RD eligible with verification statement.
• State licensure as required varies by state.
• Strong communication and teamwork in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nutrition care to residents and tailor nutrition plans.
• Collaborate with facility clinical teams to ensure optimal care.
• Complete clinical assessments and chart in EMR; attend care meetings.
• Conduct meal rounds, sanitation audits, and approve dietary menus.
