Job summary

Cura Hospitality is seeking an experienced registered dietitian to join our healthcare team in Pittsburgh. You will assess nutritional needs of patients/residents, initiate interventions, and help maintain nutritional status while supporting quality of life aligned with patient goals.

You will provide nutrition education to the care team and residents, follow standards of practice, and collaborate across departments to optimize dining services and nutrition programs.

Qualifications

• Licensed or certified as a dietitian per state requirements.
• Knowledge of regulation standards for assessments, care planning, and residents’ rights.
• Ability to educate patients/residents and staff on nutrition and dietetics.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional expertise to the health care team and educate patients/residents, staff or consultants.
• Follow standards of practice and facility regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments to set up nutrition-related procedures and policies.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement programs.
