Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian Certification required.
• 1 year of experience as a Registered Dietitian.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nutrition assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients and residents
• Provide education and counseling on healthy eating habits and nutrition-related topics
• Collaborate with our healthcare team to develop and implement nutrition-related protocols and interventions
• Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes and make adjustments to care plans as necessary
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and nutrition plans
