Job summary

Cura-Hospitality is seeking an experienced registered dietitian to join our healthcare team in Pittsburgh. You will assess nutritional needs of patients/residents and initiate interventions to maintain or improve nutritional status, enhancing quality of life in line with patient goals.

You will work with the health care team to develop, implement, and monitor nutrition plans, educate staff and patients, and participate in quality improvement initiatives within John J. Kane communities.

Qualifications

• Requires registered dietitian with CDR eligibility or certification.
• Experience in healthcare nutrition and long-term care is preferred.
• Ability to teach others about nutrition and dietetics.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional expertise to the health care team and educate patients/residents, staff, or consultants.
• Follow professional standards and facility regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with departments to implement dining service and nutrition procedures.
