Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Registered Dietitian to oversee clinical nutrition services in Bowling Green, VA area. Join a team delivering high-quality care at a long-term care facility and contribute to resident well-being.

Responsibilities include assessing nutrition needs, creating care plans, and providing education to residents, families, and staff. Flexible full-time and part-time openings with benefits and ongoing training are available.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
• State license in good standing in the practicing state.
• Knowledge of state survey process and nutrition regulations (preferred).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Vaccination policy compliance as required by state/local/customers.
• If multi-site RD, valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Assess residents' clinical nutrition needs and document in EMR.
• Develop and evaluate individualized care plans based on findings and trends.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan care improving health outcomes.
• Ensure CMS, state, and federal regulatory compliance.
• Provide coverage across multiple buildings as needed.
