Job summary

DiningRD is seeking a Registered Dietitian for skilled care communities in Bowling Green, KY. The role focuses on on-site visits Monday-Friday, average 20 hours per month, with competitive pay and extensive RD network.

You will work with clinical teams to ensure nutritional standards, provide education, and support regulatory compliance while mentoring dining staff and contributing to policy development.

Qualifications

• CDR credentials required.
• State license required for practitioner in your state.
• 2 years consulting experience preferred, but other factors considered.
• Long Term Care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Improve the health and nutrition of seniors by ensuring meals meet high standards.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to monitor residents' nutritional needs.
• Provide nutrition education and contribute to policy development and training.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
• Train dining managers and staff and support nutrition program implementation.
• Monitor effectiveness of nutrition care systems in dining services.
