Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutrition services in a long‑term care setting. You will assess resident needs, develop nutrition care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve health outcomes.

The role offers flexible weekday schedules, ongoing training, and professional growth opportunities. A current RD credential and licensure in good standing are required; a valid driver’s license is preferred for multi‑site

Qualifications

• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Active state license in good standing.
• Knowledge of state survey process preferred.
• COVID-19 vaccination policy compliance.
• Driver's license required for multi-site work.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' nutrition needs and document plans in EMR.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with inter-disciplinary teams to improve health outcomes.
• Ensure CMS, state and federal regulatory compliance.
• Provide coverage across multiple buildings as needed.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
