Job summary

Healthcare Services Group in Florida is seeking a Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutritional services at a long-term care facility.

You will assess residents, develop individualized nutrition plans, educate residents and staff, and ensure CMS/state guidelines are followed. Travel across multiple buildings may be required.

The role emphasizes collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, regulatory compliance, and a commitment to resident well-being. Remote work is not applicable.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian (RD) credential required.
• Knowledge of state survey process and nutrition regulations (preferred).
• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and communicate with residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents/patients’ clinical nutrition needs and document plans in the EMR.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nutrition care plans based on findings, labs, weight trends, intake, and comorbidities.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents/patients, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to CMS, State, and Federal regulations and company standards.
• Provide coverage across multiple buildings as needed.
