Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Registered Dietitian for the Greater Los Angeles Area.

Positions are available as full-time and part-time with Monday–Friday schedules and flexible options. The RD will assess residents’ nutritional needs, develop and document plans in the EMR, educate residents and staff, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health while complying with CMS/state regulations.

Qualifikationen

• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Licensure in good standing within the practicing state.

Aufgaben

• Assess the clinical nutrition needs of residents/patients and document plans in the EMR.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on clinical findings, labs, and weight trends.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health and wellbeing.
• Ensure adherence to CMS, state, and federal regulations and company standards.
• Provide coverage across multiple buildings as needed.
