Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) seeks a Registered Dietitian in the Greater Los Angeles area to manage clinical nutritional services at long-term care facilities. This role offers both full-time and part-time schedules with Mon-Fri hours and flexible options.

You will assess residents, develop care plans, provide education, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams while ensuring compliance with CMS and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Certification/License in good standing in the state of practice.
• Knowledge of state survey process and compliance (preferred).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess the clinical nutrition needs of residents/patients and document the plan in the EMR.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on clinical data.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to CMS, state, and federal regulations and company standards.
• Provide coverage across multiple buildings as needed.
