Healthcare Services Group Inc. is seeking a Registered Dietitian to oversee clinical nutrition services in a long-term care facility, Monday through Friday with flexible schedules.

Join a team dedicated to improving resident experiences and outcomes while following CMS and state guidelines. Responsibilities include assessing residents, creating care plans, educating residents and staff, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Certification/License in good standing within the state of practice.
• COVID-19 vaccination policies may apply as required.

Responsibilities

• Assess clinical nutrition needs and document care plans in the EMR.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to CMS, state and federal regulations and company standards.
• Provide coverage across multiple buildings as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
