Job summary
Healthcare Services Group, Inc. seeks a Registered Dietitian to lead clinical nutrition services at a long-term care facility. You will assess residents, develop care plans, provide education, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes.

Qualifications
- Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- State license in good standing in the state of practice.
- Knowledge of state and CMS nutrition care regulations (preferred).
- Vaccination policy compliance as required by state or customers.
Responsibilities
- Assess residents' clinical nutrition needs and document plans in the EMR.
- Develop and evaluate individualized care plans based on clinical data and weight trends.
- Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve residents’ health outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to CMS, state, and federal regulations and company standards.
- Provide coverage across multiple buildings as needed.
- All other duties as assigned.
