Job summary

East End Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Dietitian to plan and deliver nutritional care to residents in a long-term care setting, following physician orders and current standards. You will ensure compliance with health and sanitation policies, and you will uphold the community's dietary procedures.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Dietetics, active RD license, and RD registration. Two years in LTC with some administrative responsibility or one year as a consulting RD is preferred, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics or Foods and Nutrition with active RD licensure.
• Active RD registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• 2+ years in long-term care with administrative responsibilities or 1 year as a consulting RD.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver nutritional care to residents per physician orders and regulations.
• Follow health, sanitary, and infection control policies in the community.
• Maintain established standards of practice per Dietary Policies and Procedures.
