Job summary
Healthcare Services Group Inc. is hiring a Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutrition services in a long-term care setting. The role involves assessing residents, creating care plans, and coordinating with care teams.
Wages start at $30.00 per hour with experience-based adjustments and a $1,000 retention bonus. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday with flexible options. Comprehensive benefits include telemedicine, prescription discounts, EAP, daily pay, 401(k), and career development
Qualifications
- Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- State licensure in good standing required.
- Knowledge of state survey process (preferred).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and teamwork with staff and administration.
- COVID-19 vaccination policies compliance as required.
- If multi-site, valid driver's license required.
Responsibilities
- Assess clinical nutrition needs of residents/patients and document in EMR.
- Develop and evaluate individualized care plans based on findings.
- Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, staff.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes.
- Ensure CMS/state/federal regulations and company standards compliance.
- Provide coverage across multiple buildings as needed.
- All other duties as assigned.
