Qualifications

• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Hold a Certification/License in good standing within the state of practice.
• Knowledge of the state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess the clinical nutrition needs of residents/patients and develop and document the plan.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling.
