Job summary

Elior North America, operating Cura-Hospitality, seeks an experienced Registered Dietitian to join the Benedictine New Brighton - Innsbruck healthcare team onsite. You will assess patients’ nutritional needs, initiate interventions, and help maintain quality of life aligned with residents’ goals.

This full-time, onsite role requires passing the CDR national exam, completing 75 hours of CE every five years, and holding licensed or certified status.

Qualifications

• Passed the national exam administered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
• Completes 75 hours of continuing education every five years.
• Licensed or certified per state requirements.
• Knowledge of regulation standards for assessments, care planning and residents' rights.
• Ability to teach others about nutrition and dietetics.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional expertise to the health care team and educate patients/residents, staff, or consultants.
• Follow the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics' standards of practice and facility regulatory requirements.
• Interact with other departments in setting up procedures and policies, and in problem solving as it relates to dining service and nutrition.
• Actively participating in the development, review, and revision of continuous quality improvement programs.
