Job summary

Harmony Village of Warren in Warren, MI is seeking a dedicated Dietitian to promote residents' health through personalized nutrition plans and guidance. You will help improve quality of life by applying evidence-based dietetics in a caregiving setting.

Responsibilities include evaluating nutritional needs, designing dietary plans (including tube feeding when needed), monitoring progress, coaching on healthy habits, and collaborating with the care team to ensure comprehensive resident wellness.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or related field.
• Registered Dietitian certification required.
• Experience with meal planning and nutrition counseling preferred.
• Strong knowledge of health coaching principles.
• Familiarity with physiology as it relates to dietetics.
