Job summary

Agility Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Registered Dietitian to assess nutritional needs and craft individualized meal plans to promote recovery for our residents. The role entails collaborating with healthcare staff and ensuring high-quality nutritional care across facilities.

You will travel between facilities to support survey readiness, monitor programs, and educate patients and families on healthy eating.

Qualifications

• Valid RD credential.
• Bachelor’s degree in dietetics, nutrition, or related field.
• Experience in clinical or rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Responsibilities
