• Current state dietetic licensure is required.
• CDR credentials are required or preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

• Attend care plan meetings to collaborate care with the resident, families, and the Interdisciplinary Team.

Duties:

Provide diet education to residents and families as needed
