Job summary

PACE of Southwest Michigan is seeking a Registered Dietitian to support older adults in maintaining health, independence, and quality of life through personalized nutrition care.

You will work closely with medical, nursing, rehabilitation, and social services teams to develop individualized care plans and monitor progress in a community-based setting across Niles, MI and St. Joseph, MI.

Qualifications

• Active Michigan RD license or credential.

Full-time, 40 hours per week | Monday - Friday | 8am - 4:30pm | No weekends! No holidays!
