Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a consultant dietitian to join our team in Madison, CT for 16 hours per week in a long-term care setting. The role offers a flexible schedule and excellent pay.

Applicants must be CDR-credentialed and licensed as a dietitian in the United States, with strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to care planning and wound/weight-change recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Completing clinical nutrition assessments.

• Calculating TF.
• Making recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes.
