Job summary

Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a consultant dietitian to join our team for the long-term care community in Haysville, KS. This 8–16 hours/week, onsite role on weekdays offers a flexible schedule and excellent pay.

Responsibilities include Clinical nutrition assessments, NCP documentation in the EMR, and collaboration with the care plan team, including completing the MDS and TF calculations, with guidance on wounds and weight changes.

Qualifications

• Must be credentialed by the CDR.
• Dietetic licensure is required.
• Client-centered approach.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete clinical nutrition assessments.
• Document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care plan team.
• Complete the MDS.
• Calculate TF.
• Make recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes.
