Job summary

Delicious Unlimited Holdings LLC is seeking a part-time Registered Dietitian in Gurnee, Illinois, to lead menu and nutrition program development. You will ensure menus meet regulatory and nutritional standards, and provide calorie and carbohydrate analyses for all offerings.

You will develop standardized recipes with portion specs and allergen-conscious disclosures, coordinating across service groups to deliver inclusive nutrition plans.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Dietitian (RD) or eligible to obtain RD certification.
• Knowledge of ISBE (CACFP), DCFS, NSLP guidelines.
• Experience in food service management or K-12 nutrition is a plus.
• Degree in Nutrition/Dietetics required; advanced degree a plus.
