Responsibilities

• Assess the nutritional needs of residents and develop individualized meal plans.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines.
• Monitor and document residents' nutritional status and progress.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve residents' overall health and wellbeing.
• Provide coverage in multiple buildings based on company needs.

Join Clinical Nutrition Consulting Services, LLC (CNCS) as a Registered Dietitian, where you will play a critical role in managing nutritional services at a long-term care facility. We are looking for RD's who can provide onsite consulting services to nursing homes within their regional area and lead the Nutrition at Risk Meetings for high-risk residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess the nutritional needs of residents and develop individualized meal plans
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines
• Monitor and document residents' nutritional status and progress
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve residents' overall health and wellbeing
• Provide coverage in multiple buildings based on company needs
• All other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be willing to travel within designated region
• Hold a Certification/License in good standing within the state of practice
• Bachelor's degree in nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field
• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration
