Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct nutritional assessments and develop personalized dietary plans for clients with rare diseases
2. Provide ongoing dietary counseling and support to clients and their families
3. Maintain accurate and confidential client records
4. Participate in virtual team meetings and training sessions

Requirements:

• Qualified Registered Dietitian with relevant certifications/registration or license in the state, registered and approved to practice
• Fluent in Spanish and English (bilingual)
• Experience working with individuals with rare diseases is preferred but not essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely via telehealth
