Overview

The Bilingual Reach Financial (RF) Opener position is non-exempt and focused on providing exceptional phone support for National Debt Relief’s clientele who are enrolled in our debt settlement program. The role consists of answering general inquiries from clients, addressing any problems or concerns they may have, and anticipating our client’s needs as they progress through our program to ensure successful completion. A typical day consists of making and answering inbound and outbound calls, determining loan eligibility, and maintaining a positive rapport with our client base to ensure they receive the best possible experience with National Debt Relief.

Overview

The Bilingual Reach Financial (RF) Opener position is non-exempt and focused on providing exceptional phone support for National Debt Relief’s clientele who are enrolled in our debt settlement program. The role consists of answering general inquiries from clients, addressing any problems or concerns they may have, and anticipating our client’s needs as they progress through our program to ensure successful completion. A typical day consists of making and answering inbound and outbound calls, determining loan eligibility, and maintaining a positive rapport with our client base to ensure they receive the best possible experience with National Debt Relief. This position has an expected start date of 6/23/2025. T his is a full-time remote role. We are currently hiring for positions in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Utah.

We are seeking individuals who are available for the following 8 hour shift scheduling option: Monday - Friday from 11 a.m. - 8 p.m. Eastern Time. Scheduling decisions are based on business need and will be confirmed prior to hiring.

Responsibilities

• Enroll qualified clients into Reach Financial’s express loan consolidation program
• Document client discussions clearly and concisely using Salesforce customer relationship management software
• Meet performance criteria set forth by the management team. Performance criteria subject to change based on company baselines.
• Review and obtain settlement approvals from clients
• If required, escalate and direct clients to Supervisors, and other departments as needed
• Adhere to National Debt Relief and the RFO department policies and procedures and any applicable changes to either
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish is required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2 years’ experience in an account executive or inside sales role required
• Sales experience in a contact center
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with an acute attention to detail
• Ability to remain professional, empathetic, polite, flexible, confident, tactful, patient, and diplomatic when faced with complex problems
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus
• Attain and maintain high sales metrics monthly
• De-escalate stressful situations

Compensation Information

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for each position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This good faith pay range is provided in compliance with NYC law and the laws of other jurisdictions that may require a salary range in job postings. The salary for this position is $20.50/hr + eligible for performance based bonuses.
