Job summary

Complete Care is hiring a Registered Dietitian for its facilities in the same town. The role is full-time, first shift, onsite with competitive pay up to $90,000 per year and a comprehensive benefits package.

Two locations in the same town support a patient-centered care environment and opportunities for professional growth. Responsibilities include nutrition assessments, individualized care plans, collaborating with residents and families, and guiding dietary staff to align with care plans.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Dietitian license required.
• 2+ years of professional dietitian experience in long-term care with some administrative responsibility.
• 1+ year of experience as a consulting Registered Dietitian for one or more long-term care facilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop preliminary and comprehensive nutritional assessments for residents.
• Develop individualized dietary plans of care.
• Partner with residents and families in developing and reviewing care plans.
• Ensure dietary staff are aware of and follow resident care plans.
• Identify special dietary equipment and nutritional needs.
• Review resident charts and provide recommendations for appropriate medical nutrition therapy.

REGISTERED DIETITIAN QUALIFICATIONS:
