Job summary

The Orchards Michigan in Harper Woods, MI is seeking a Dietary Manager to oversee daily food service operations in our hospital setting.

You will recruit, train staff, design meals, manage inventory and budgets, and ensure sanitary preparation and timely delivery of meals to patients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in dietary management or a related field is preferred.
• Dietary manager certification.
• Previous experience in food services (management experience preferred).
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to meet the dietary needs of our diverse population of patients.
