Job summary

Newberry County Memorial Hospital is seeking a qualified Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) to join our imaging team as a PRN provider. You will perform ultrasound imaging and related procedures, review orders, document findings, and ensure timely interpretation by physicians.

Candidates must hold SC QRSA license, RDMS registration, and BLS. Vascular experience and Echo credentials (RDCS/ACS) are preferred.

Qualifications

• SCQRSA license required.
• Must be registered as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS).
• Vascular Experience (RVT)/ CCI (RVS) preferred.
• Echo (RDCS/CCI (ACS)) preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.

Responsibilities

• Performs Ultrasound imaging and procedures.
• Checks orders/requisitions prior to performing the imaging study/procedure.
• Provides accurate computer documentation and monitors procedures for timely interpretation by physicians.
