Job description

We are searching for 2 PT or 1 FT Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team in Wasilla.

Our office is open Monday-Friday and 1 Sat per month. If you work a Saturday, you receive Saturday pay. Saturdays are optional.

This position can start in May, June, July, or August, depending on the number of permanent days desired. We have 2 Drs and 3-4 permanent Hygienists per day, with another 10+ Hygienists who fill in when it works for everyone. We would be happy to connect you with Hygienists who work with us so you can ask any questions. We are always interested in meeting Hygienists who would like to work on a fill-in basis as well.

Pay range is $65-$70 DOE plus bonus, plus benefits including PTO, 401(k) with matching, paid holidays, dental, softball team, amazing co-workers, and the best Christmas party around.

Responsibilities

We are a busy, laid-back office with a lot of laughter, great music, and a high-technology practice. NP appointments are 90 min, adult recalls are 60 min. Our office accepts private insurance only. Our 2 doctors prioritize timely exams. We require a standard of care that includes annual perio charting; this is not optional. Our patients need a Hygienist who can work until 5:00 pm, with flexible start times. Connection with our patients is a top priority. Our team excels at schedule management and keeping schedules filled.

Compensation

$65 - $70 hourly
