All Smiles Dentistry in Wallingford, Vermont is hiring a Registered Dental Hygienist to join a friendly, drama-free practice with clinical autonomy and no production pressure.

Qualifications

• Valid RDH license per state licensing boards.
• Proven experience in dental cleanings and radiography.
• Strong knowledge of infection control standards and dental software systems.
• Excellent communication to educate and motivate patients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage patient records.
• Proactive attitude with enthusiasm for continuous learning.

Responsabilités

• Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing to remove plaque and tartar buildup.
• Take dental radiographs accurately and efficiently.
• Assess patients’ oral health status and document findings appropriately in patient records.
• Educate patients on proper brushing, flossing techniques, and overall oral hygiene practices.
• Provide preventive care advice tailored to individual patient needs.
• Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures with professionalism and precision.
• Maintain sterilization protocols and ensure all dental instruments are properly sanitized.
• Foster a positive patient experience by communicating clearly, empathetically, and professionally
