$3,000 Signing Bonus - We have multiple positions open at various dental practices throughout Kentuckiana for passionate Registered Dental Hygienists dedicated to patient care.

As a healthcare provider, you will be responsible for delivering high standards of preventative care. You must communicate effectively with patients about the importance of their oral health and how you can assist them. You will collaborate with our doctors to understand patient needs and educate them on treatment options. A deep knowledge of health and safety regulations, along with a keen eye for oral diseases and anomalies, is essential. Responsibilities

• Establish excellent standards of care and patient experience
• Understand patients' wants, needs, and goals related to their oral health and smile
• Build strong relationships with patients
• Manage your schedule effectively
• Conduct initial mouth screenings and review oral health history
• Identify and treat conditions such as gingivitis, caries, or periodontal disease
• Educate patients of all ages on the importance of oral health and proper home care techniques
• Inform patients about treatment options like fluoride, periodontal therapy, bite guards, sealants, whitening, Invisalign, etc.
• Provide post-operative instructions after procedures
• Take X-rays or dental impressions as needed
• Assist dentists during examinations and patient education
• Maintain accurate documentation and charts
• Present treatment plans to patients
• Cross-train for administrative tasks
