Qualifications

• Current Registered Dental Hygienist license in good standing.
• Diploma or degree in Dental Hygiene.
• Strong knowledge of dental health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure patients feel comfortable before, during, and after treatment.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, safe clinical environment.
• Conduct initial screenings and review patient oral histories.
• Identify gingivitis, caries, and periodontal disease.
• Perform dental cleanings and preventive treatments such as fluoride and sealants.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care.
• Take digital X-rays and scans.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and charts.
