Job summary

De Pere Smiles in West De Pere is seeking a compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing practice. You will help deliver outstanding patient care, perform cleanings, take digital X-rays, and support a collaborative team dedicated to prevention and comfort.

Qualifications

• Active RDH license in Wisconsin.
• Dental Hygiene degree or diploma.
• Strong knowledge of dental health and safety regulations.
• Experience preparing and maintaining dental equipment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure patients feel comfortable and cared for before, during, and after treatment.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, safe clinical environment.
• Conduct initial patient screenings and review oral health histories.
• Identify conditions such as gingivitis, caries, and periodontal disease.
• Perform dental cleanings and preventive treatments, including fluoride applications and sealants.
• Educate patients of all ages on proper oral hygiene and preventive care.
• Take digital X-rays and scans.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and clinical charts.
