Registered Dental Hygienist – Branson, MO

(Full-Time Highly Preferred | Private Group Practice | Growth-Focused Team)

Are you a passionate Registered Dental Hygienist looking to build a career in a supportive, patient-centered practice?
We're seeking a licensed or license-eligible Hygienist to join our thriving, established private group dental office in Branson, MO!

About the Role:

• Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM; Friday 7:30 AM to 2:00 PM

• Preferred: Full-time, 5 days per week

• Consideration: Exceptional candidates seeking 3 or 4 days will be considered if open to a long-term commitment in a part-time schedule

• Compensation: $45–$50 per hour ( equivalent to $93,600–$104,000 annually for full-time employment), commensurate with experience

• Bonus Structure: Monthly performance-based bonuses for exceptional patient care and treatment outcomes

• Supportive Environment: Mentorship, collaboration, and the ability to grow your hygiene career within a respected and progressive private group practice

We are open to a traditional single-column hygiene schedule , but many of our hygienists are transitioning to an accelerated, two-column assisted hygiene model. You'll work with the front office team to maintain a measured, balanced flow of preventive and treatment patients—allowing for productivity without feeling rushed or overwhelmed.

We strictly follow the latest AAP (American Academy of Periodontology) guidelines , and we are seeking a hygienist who is passionate about periodontal disease diagnosis, treatment, and comprehensive patient education. Preventive care and education are the foundation of our practice philosophy.
