We are seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing dental practices in Athol and Gardner, Massachusetts. If you’re passionate about oral health, patient education, and delivering exceptional care, we want to hear from you!

Position Highlights

Locations: Athol & Gardner, MA

Practice Type: Family-friendly, modern dental offices

Position: Full-time or part-time Registered Dental Hygienist

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and prophylaxis for all ages
• Conduct patient assessments, including medical history and periodontal charting
• Take and develop digital dental X-rays
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care practices
• Apply fluoride treatments and sealants to protect teeth
• Assist dentists in developing personalized treatment plans
• Provide clear post-treatment instructions and care guidance
• Maintain sterilization protocols and ensure equipment readiness
• Collaborate closely with the dental team to deliver excellent patient care
  
  

Qualifications

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Massachusetts
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene (from an accredited program)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong knowledge of dental hygiene procedures, tools, and best practices
• Excellent communication and patient-centered care approach
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-based environment
