Job summary

The Smilist in Jackson, NJ is seeking a reliable Registered Dental Assistant to join our team. You will support doctors, maintain a sterile environment, and help ensure a smooth patient workflow.

Requirements include at least 1 year as a Dental Assistant, NJ x-ray license, and RDA license. We offer a $1,000 sign-on bonus, health/dental/vision, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Dental Assistant - at least 1 year.
• Must have a NJ x-ray license
• RDA license required
• Knowledge of dental instruments, equipment, and procedures
• Prior Dentrix experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Attention to detail and a positive attitude

Responsibilities

Position Details:

• Schedule: Full Time - Monday through Friday and rotating Saturdays
• Salary Range: $28.00-$30.00/hour (based on licensure)
• Location: Jackson, NJ
