Smilebliss, part of Image Specialty Partners, seeks a compassionate Registered Dental Assistant (RDA/OA) to join our orthodontic team in Elk Grove, CA. The role supports the dentist during treatments, sterilizes instruments, takes and develops x-rays, and helps educate patients on care and treatment plans.

The ideal candidate holds a valid RDA or OA license with CPR certification, strong communication, and teamwork. Orthodontic experience is preferred but not required for motivated applicants.

Responsibilities

• Assist the orthodontist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment in accordance with infection control protocols.
• Take and develop x-rays as directed by the orthodontist.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-operative care, and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Order and manage dental supplies, ensuring that the office remains well-stocked and organized.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Support administrative duties as needed, including answering phones and greeting patients.
• Collaborate with the dental team to improve patient flow and the overall patient experience.

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Dental Assistant (RDA/OA) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and possess strong communication abilities.

Schedule & Locations

• This is a part-time position
• Thursday & Fridays Only - 7:45 AM-5:45 PM
