Job summary

MEP Health in Stockton, CA is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to provide chairside support during orthodontic procedures and assist with patient care. You will help prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and uphold infection control standards.

The ideal candidate holds an active RDA license and demonstrates strong communication, energy, work ethic, and a positive attitude. Orthodontic experience is preferred but not required, with safety and compliance as a priority.

Role:

Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality chairside support during orthodontic procedures, assist with patient care, prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain infection control standards. Collaborate with a clinical team across multiple locations to ensure smooth clinic operations and create a welcoming environment for patients.

Qualifications & Skills:

Active RDA license required; prior orthodontic experience preferred but not mandatory. Must possess excellent communication skills, high energy, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude. Ability to adhere to safety and compliance protocols, including passing pre-employment drug screening.
