Dental365 is hiring a Registered Dental Assistant to join our Somerset, NJ practice. You will welcome patients, support the dentist, and perform radiographs, scans, impressions, and temps while ensuring strict infection control and clean operatories.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and make them comfortable throughout visits.
• Support the Dentist with various procedures.
• Take digital radiographs and intra-oral scans as prescribed.
• Take impressions and fabricate temps.
• Maintain infection control by sterilizing instruments and equipment.
• Prepare operatories for treatments and ensure a clean environment.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and care as needed.
• Perform diverse office tasks to support smooth operations.

HIRING SCHEDULE:

• Monday: 9:00am - 7:00pm
• Tuesday: OFF
• Wednesday: 9:00am - 6:00pm
• Thursday: 10:00am - 7:00pm
• Friday: 9:00am - 3:00pm
• Saturday: 8:00am - 2:00pm (every other week)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Welcoming patients with a smile, making them feel comfortable and confident throughout their visit.
• Support the Dentist with various procedures.
• Taking digital radiographs and intra-oral scans as prescribed
• Taking impressions & fabricating serviceable temps
• Ensure strict infection control by meticulously preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment.
• Sanitizing and prepping operatories for respective treatments.
• Adhere to OSHA and safety policies, prioritizing a secure and healthy environment.
• Educate patients on effective oral hygiene strategies as needed
• Undertake diverse office tasks as needed for seamless practice operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Registered Dental Assisting license & experience required.
• Any certification/license as required by the state to perform specified duties
• A resume showcasing a consistent and stable employment history.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, delivering exceptional patient experiences.
