Job summary

Dental365 in Warren, NJ, is seeking a friendly Dental Assistant to join our modern, patient-centered practice. You will support the Dentist with procedures, take digital radiographs, maintain infection control, and prepare operatories for treatments.

The position offers flexible hours within a Monday–Saturday schedule and competitive pay. We value teamwork, exceptional patient care, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Prior dental assisting experience and x-ray license preferred
• Any certification/license as required by the state to perform specified duties
• A resume showcasing a consistent and stable employment history
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, delivering exceptional patient experiences

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients with a smile, making them feel comfortable and confident throughout their visit
• Support the Dentist with various procedures
• Taking digital radiographs and intra-oral scans as prescribed
• Ensure strict infection control by meticulously preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment
• Sanitizing and prepping operatories for respective treatments
• Adhere to OSHA and safety policies, prioritizing a secure and healthy environment
• Educate patients on effective oral hygiene strategies as needed
• Undertake diverse office tasks as needed for seamless practice operations

HIRING SCHEDULE:

Monday: 9:00am - 6:00pm

Tuesday: 1:00pm - 7:00pm

Thursday: 8:00am - 6:00pm

Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Saturday: 8:00am - 1:00pm (1/month)

**Can be flexible on hours if needed!

Salary Range: $16/HR - $24/HR (range may vary based on experience level)
