Hurst Modern Dentistry and Orthodontics in Hurst, TX is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to support dentists with patient care, imaging, and documentation.

Ideal candidates will hold a high school diploma or GED, plus state certification/licensure as required. Duties include taking X-rays, sterilization, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations while delivering a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required per state.
• Associate degree or 1-year certificate preferred.
• Certification/licensure as mandated by state is required.

Responsabilités

• Assist the dentist to gain patient commitment with urgency.
• Actively participate in the Perfect Patient Experience and address patient needs.
• Maintain sterile, clean operatories and prepare patients for treatment.
• Take x-rays and intra-oral pictures as directed by the dentist.
• Instruct patients on postoperative and general oral health care.
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment per guidelines.
• Comply with State and Federal regulations and ADA/OSHA policies.
