Job summary

Kimball & Beecher Family Dentistry in Pleasant Valley Township, IA, is seeking a Dental Assistant to support dentists and clinical staff across procedures. We welcome both experienced RDAs and newcomers, with training provided to learn our processes.

You will prepare rooms, sterilize instruments, take radiographs in training, educate patients, maintain records, and contribute to a positive patient experience. The office emphasizes quality care, teamwork, and professional growth.

Qualifications

• RDA preferred or willingness to obtain licensure in Iowa.
• Motivation to learn and grow in dentistry.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists and clinical team during procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials.
• Take dental radiographs or train to do so.
• Sterilize instruments and uphold infection control.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and pre/post-operative care.
• Help create a positive, comfortable patient experience.
• Maintain accurate patient records and support the team.
