Kimball & Beecher Family Dentistry in Des Moines, IA is seeking a Dental Assistant to join our caring team. We welcome experienced RDA applicants and also train motivated individuals new to dentistry to grow with us.

• RDA in the State of Iowa preferred but not required.
• Open to training motivated individuals new to dentistry.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists and clinical team during dental procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for patients.
• Take dental radiographs or learn through our training program.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control protocols.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and provide pre/post-operative instructions.
• Help create a positive, comfortable experience for every patient.
• Maintain accurate patient records and support the clinical team.
