Job summary

Kimball & Beecher Family Dentistry in Pleasant Valley Township, IA, is seeking a Dental Assistant to support dentists and clinical staff across procedures. We welcome both experienced RDAs and newcomers, with training provided to learn our processes.

You will prepare rooms, sterilize instruments, take radiographs in training, educate patients, maintain records, and contribute to a positive patient experience. The office emphasizes quality care, teamwork, and professional growth.

Qualifications

• RDA preferred or willingness to obtain licensure in Iowa.
• Motivation to learn and grow in dentistry.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists and clinical team during procedures.

• Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control protocols.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and provide pre- and post-operative instructions.
• Help create a positive, comfortable experience for every patient.
• Maintain accurate patient records and support the clinical team as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) in the State of Iowa is preferred, but not required.
• We welcome experienced dental assistants and are also happy to train motivated individuals who are new to the dental field.
