Community Dental Partners in Nacogdoches, TX is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant to support the Dentist during treatments, exams, and patient discussions. You will perform general RDA duties in collaboration with the team and maintain a high standard of patient service and professionalism.

Responsibilities include greeting and preparing patients, taking digital x-rays, assisting with procedures, sterilizing rooms, and patient education on post-care.

Formación

• Texas licensure as Registered Dental Assistant.
• Sealant placement, nitrous monitoring and coronal polishing certifications preferred.
• Digital x-ray and charting experience.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and prepare patients for exams, completing digital charting and verifying codes with precision.
• Capture quality x-ray images.
• Assist dentist with a variety of treatment procedures.
• Set up and sterilize exam and treatment rooms.
• Discuss treatment options and follow-up care.
• Provide teeth polishing and sealant placement under certification.
• Support appointment scheduling and patient follow-up as requested.
• Sterilize instruments and adhere to cross-contamination standards.
• Create a positive patient environment through engagement before, during, and after visits.
• Explain post-care instructions to parents and patients.
• Assist with prizes, dismissal, and HIPAA compliance.
