Job summary

Harper’s Preserve Dentistry is seeking aRegistered Dental Assistant (RDA) to support dentists in delivering high-quality care. You will assist with treatment, operate sterilization protocols, and help educate patients on oral health.

The role emphasizes patient comfort, accurate imaging, and strict adherence to safety and regulatory standards. This position offers FT hours with opportunities to grow clinical skills within a team of experienced professionals.

Qualifications

• GED or higher educational requirement with state mandated certification/licensure
• Certifications/licensures as mandated by the state (e.g. radiograph exposure)
• Associate degree or a one-year certificate preferred or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Assist dentist to gain patient commitment for best possible treatment
• Participate in delivering the Perfect Patient Experience by addressing patient needs
• Maintain clean, sterile, and cheerful environment for patients and staff
• Take and process x-rays and intra-oral photographs as directed
• Instruct patients on postoperative and oral health care as directed
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments, equipment, and operatories per guidelines
• Ensure compliance with State, Federal, and ADA/DOL/OSHA/HIPAA regulations
