Northeast Dallas Dentistry is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant to support dentists, educate patients, and maintain a clean, efficient clinic environment in Dallas, TX. The role emphasizes delivering urgent, high-quality care and active patient engagement.

The ideal candidate has a GED or equivalent, state certifications, and preferably an Associate degree or certificate. This position offers benefits and opportunities for growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• State-mandated certifications/licensure required (e.g., radiograph exposure, coronal polish, etc).
• Associate degree or one-year certificate from an accredited college or technical school preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentist to gain patient commitment for optimal treatment with urgency.
• Participate in Perfect Patient Experience by focusing on patient needs.
• Maintain sterile, clean, and cheerful environment; prepare patients for treatment.
• Take and process X-rays and intra-oral pictures as directed by the dentist.
• Instruct patients on postoperative and general oral health care.
