Job summary

Jefferson Dental and Orthodontics in Arlington, TX seeks a Registered Dental Assistant to support chairside procedures, patient care, and patient education while delivering a 5-star experience.

The role requires active RDA certification, RDA license, and at least 1 year of dental office or patient-care experience; bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Full-time; Saturdays included; hourly pay range $17–$22.

Qualifications

• Active RDA certification and RDA license required at time of hire.
• Minimum 1 year of dental office experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Chairside assistance and instrument preparation for dental procedures.
• Perform dental imaging, x-rays and impressions.
• Manage patient records and dental charting with accuracy.
• Administer topical anesthetics and assist with clinical procedures.
• Educate patients on effective dental care practices.
• Cross-train to assist with front office tasks as needed.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and sterilize instruments.
