Job summary

Jefferson Dental & Orthodontics in Arlington, TX is seeking a Lead Registered Dental Assistant (LRDA) to manage a fast-paced team while delivering top-notch dental services and a 5-star patient experience.

As LRDA, you will perform chairside assistance, patient care, imaging, charting, inventory management, and staff training, with cross-training for front office tasks, under the Doctor's guidance.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Active RDA certification & RDA license required at time of hire.
• Minimum 1 year of dental office experience.
• Minimum 1 year of patient care or customer service experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and availability to work clinic hours, including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Chairside assistance and patient care.
• Dental imaging, charting, and records management.
• Organize instruments and prepare for procedures.
• Administer topical anesthetics and assist with procedures.
• Train and supervise team members; manage schedule and patient flow.
• Maintain infection control protocols and sterilization standards.
• Cross-train to assist with front office tasks when needed.
• Engage with patients to provide a 5-star experience.
